Radnor Students Shine at the Tunbridge Wells Arts Festival
Radnor House students showcased their talent and dedication at the Tunbridge Wells Arts Festival recently, achieving fantastic results across the Speech and Drama and Strings categories.
The festival, held annually in March, brings together young performers from across Kent and the surrounding region to celebrate music, drama and spoken performance. Participants perform before professional adjudicators, receiving valuable feedback while gaining experience performing in a supportive and inspiring environment.
Radnor pupils delivered a series of outstanding performances throughout the competition, demonstrating both skill and confidence on stage. Highlights included Flo and Sylvia, who both achieved 1st place in their respective categories, while Matilda M and Aly & Evie secured impressive 2nd place finishes. There were also excellent performances from Rosie, Eve and Beau, who represented the school with great enthusiasm and professionalism, and Teddy, Henry, Roopa and Lizzie who played wonderfully in the Strings categories.
Events such as the Tunbridge Wells Arts Festival provide students with an invaluable opportunity to develop their performance skills, build confidence and celebrate their creativity alongside other young performers from across the region.
A huge thank you goes to Mrs Hall and Mrs Jones for preparing the students so brilliantly and supporting them throughout the festival.
Congratulations to all the students involved for representing Radnor House so brilliantly.
