Radnor House Sevenoaks Celebrates Record-Breaking A Level Results for the Class of 2025

Students and staff at Radnor House Sevenoaks are celebrating another outstanding year of A-level success, marking the second consecutive year of improved results.

This year’s cohort achieved a 100% pass rate, with 53% of all grades at A-B* – the best performance since the return to post-COVID grading. An impressive 95% of students have secured a place at their firm or insurance university choice, and 76% will be heading to their first-choice destination.

Head of Radnor House Sevenoaks, David Paton, said:

“I am thrilled to celebrate the achievements of the Class of 2025, with so many students securing their first-choice university placements. These results represent a second consecutive year of improving outcomes at every measure, meaning more students have been able to secure places at the most selective universities. A-level results day may mark the end of their school career, but it is not the end of learning – and we can’t wait to see what our students go on to accomplish next.”

Among the many success stories are:

  • Ivan L, who secured straight A*s in Mathematics, Further Mathematics and Physics and is heading to the University of Bath to study Mathematics.
  • Paris T – AAB, reading Law at City University
  • Sam S – A*AB, reading Mechanical Engineering at the University of Exeter
  • Sameer J – AAB, reading Mathematics at the University of Toronto
  • Simon F – AAB, reading Geography at UCL
  • Mabel C – AAB, reading International Business Management at Newcastle University
  • Jamie P – A*AAB, and Morgan B – AAB, both planning their next steps.

Mrs Owen, Head of Sixth Form added:

“We’re incredibly proud of every Radnor student receiving A-level results today. They have achieved fantastic examination results that put them on the pathway to pursue their passions and careers. They leave as articulate, confident and caring young people who will, without doubt, go on to achieve great things.”

Radnor’s A-level achievements this year continue to strengthen its reputation as a place where academic excellence is matched by personal growth – preparing students for success both at university and beyond.

To the Class of 2025 – congratulations on everything you have achieved, and thank you for the energy, ambition and spirit you have brought to Radnor. We are proud of you, excited for you, and wish you every success and happiness in the adventures ahead. Well done!
