Beating the Blues: Spreading Positivity on Blue Monday at Radnor House Sevenoaks

Blue Monday? Not at Radnor! Blue Monday, often dubbed the “most depressing day of the year,” was anything but gloomy at Radnor House Sevenoaks this year. Led by our enthusiastic Year 12 students and Mrs Owen, the school turned this traditionally bleak day into a celebration of positivity, gratitude and cheer.
Determined to brighten everyone’s mood, the Year 12 students worked tirelessly to ensure that every member of the school community felt appreciated. Teachers, Support Staff and students alike were delighted to receive a special yellow glittery biscuit – a sweet gesture designed to combat the dreariness of January and remind everyone of the joys we share.
A heartfelt thank you to Mrs Owen, our Sixth Form students and our wonderful Catering team for their creativity and dedication in making Blue Monday a joyful occasion.
At Radnor House Sevenoaks, we believe every day can be bright – especially when we work together to lift each other’s spirits.
