Where fees are not received by the due date, simple interest may be charged on a day-to-day basis on fees which are unpaid. The rate of interest charged will be at up to 2% per month accruing on a daily basis which represents a genuine pre-estimate of the cost to the School of a default. Parents shall also be liable to pay all costs, fees and charges including legal fees and any costs reasonably incurred by the School in the recovery of any unpaid fees regardless of the value of the School's claim.
Please note: It is normal practice in all independent schools to give one term’s notice of any change in school fees. Furthermore, setting the next academic year’s fees follows on from considering all costs for the following year and these are not usually known until late March, which is after the Year 7 acceptance deadline.
A full term's notice must be received in writing by the Head to avoid the liability of the next term’s fee payment.
A registration fee of £100 is required to confirm an application to Radnor House Sevenoaks. This fee is non-refundable should you wish to withdraw the application at any stage.
To accept the offer of a place, £1500 must be paid before the deadline outlined in the offer letter to confirm the place. The deposit is refundable when the pupil leaves the school and will be returned 6 weeks after the leaving date.
If the place is not taken up after the deposit is paid then the deposit is non-refundable.
Childcare Vouchers can be used to pay for the care of children up to the age of 15, or 16 if they are disabled.
We accept vouchers towards wrap care and for clubs outside of school hours - breakfast clubs, after school clubs including activities & homework clubs.
Childcare vouchers can be used to pay for Nursery & Transition fees and Reception year fees prior to the child reaching the compulsory school age of 5.
Please note childcare vouchers cannot be used to pay for school fees for Reception (once over the age of 5) to Year 13, lunches or activities during normal school hours.
Please note the cost of entry for public examinations, GCSE and A level, including invigilation charges is not included in the fees.
A discount of 10% will be applied to the tuition fees for any third or subsequent children enrolled at the school. The discount will be applied to the youngest child with the exception of children in Nursery where we would apply the discount to the next youngest. When the nursery children progresses into Reception the discount is removed from the older child and applied to the youngest.
