Performing Arts Timetables
The Performing Arts Timetables are available here. Please check regularly as times and occasionally days are subject to change. Timetables are also displayed on the notice boards in the Performing Arts Centre and outside the Prep School Music classroom. The peripatetic staff do their best to look for clashes with trips, fixtures and talks, but if any of your child's lessons are scheduled for the same time as events of this nature, please inform the relevant peripatetic teacher so that lessons can be rearranged in good time.
Please be advised that after half term all pupils should return to school wearing full Winter Uniform.
Forest School and Out Door Adventure Uniform
Please be advised that Pupils are not able to wear their PE Kit for for Forest School or Outdoor Adventures.
After half term, please could you ensure that your child/ren bring the following into school for these lessons:
- Forest School Burgundy Coat
- Own Casual Clothes
Last Day of Term - Friday 14 December 2018
An early reminder that on the last day of term there will be no Extra-Curricular Clubs, Independent Study or Wrap Care. Collection should be 3.30pm for EYFS & Lower Prep and 3.45pm for Upper Prep.
Isabelle Haynes is our Sports Rep for the Prep School. She is looking for another volunteer (preferably from Lower Prep) to help support and provide feedback to Mr Rock and the Sports Department. If you would be interested in volunteering for this role, please contact Isabelle. A meeting has been planned for after half-term, and if you have any feedback or concerns regarding sports provision at school, please contact Isabelle with these so that she may raise them on your behalf. Student Medicine Kept in School
Just a reminder that it is parents' responsibility to keep a note of your child's expiry dates on medication kept in school and bring new medication in to school to replace any that have expired. At this time we will make expired medication available to you to safely dispose of. Many thanks, Pastoral Administrator
Macmillan 'Coffee Day'
We will be holding a Macmillan 'Coffee Day' on Friday 30 November. The Cafe will be open from 8.15am to 10.30am and then again from 2.00pm-4.15pm. A few parents have offered to bake which would be brilliant - Thank you very much. Just a reminder: no nuts please!
FoRH7 Fireworks Display and Most Popping Pumpkin Competition - Friday 9 November
Reminder to get your advance tickets they are selling fast! This year’s FoRH7 Fireworks Display is taking place on Friday 9 November. Gates will open at 6.30pm. There will be a BBQ, a well stocked bar, mulled wine, candy floss, popcorn, merchandise and the best fireworks display in Kent! There is a competition for the Best Family Popping Pumpkin just £1 an entry with all proceeds going to charity. Please ensure you bring your pumpkins to school at drop off on Friday the 9th. Remember to write your family name on the pumpkin and we will line the schools fabulous driveway with the pumpkin entrees. Click here to see how impressive the pumpkins looked last year! Prizes will be given for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and Most Scary! on the night. It is always a fabulous evening so please do come along and bring your friends and family, everyone is very welcome. Members of the committee will be in the car park between 7.50am and 8.30am each morning and at pick up time selling tickets, or you can come into the school café and buy your tickets. In the weeks leading up to the event advance tickets are discounted, but tickets on the night will be full price.
