Radnor's got talent!
It might be cold and frosty outside but things were hotting up at Radnor House today with the 'Radnor's got talent!' competition in the Prep.
The event was organised by some of our Senior School pupils and compered by our very own Dermott O'Leary, Mr Jack, complete with cringey Christmas jokes and dapper bow-tie. There was plenty of pantomime boo-ing for the judges too.... the loudest of all for Head judge (and Simon Cowell stand-in) Mr Paton.
The whole Prep school squeezed into the Hall and were treated to a fantastic morning of entertainment. Radnor House Band (The Undecided - Jess, Sam and Charlie) got everyone in the mood with a couple of songs, followed by a huge variety of acts from Years 3 to 6, including singing, dancing, magic, acting and poetry reading.
After some quick conferring, the judges announced the winners as follows:
3rd: Amazing Amelia (Magic Show)
2nd: Anika (singing Jack and Jill from Matilda)
1st: Scarlett & Georgia (Christmas Crackers Dance)
Congratulations to the winners and a huge well-done to all of our performers for conquering their nerves and putting on such a special show.
