Sporting Superstars: Week 4

As promised, it was a bumper week of sport at Radnor House with teams competing in Hockey, Netball and Football.

The Senior Hockey girls welcomed Kent College to Radnor for their first game of the season. It was a hard fought contest, but with Radnor failing to find the back of the net, Kent College came away with a narrow 1-0 victory.

Our Netballers were very busy this week with games against Sevenoaks Prep, The Hawthorns, Beechwood, Caterham and Essendene Lodge. Top marks to the U15's whose convincing performance against a strong Caterham team saw them come away with a 12-7 victory! The U10 girls have also made a fantastic start to the season and remain unbeaten after 3 matches, with 2 wins and a draw.

Over on the football pitch, the seniors  gave it their all but were narrowly beaten at home by Farringtons in a high-scoring game. It was the Prep pupils once again who were showing everyone how it's done, with both Radnor football teams walking away with Silver medals in the Sevenoaks 5-a-side football tournament.

Well done to all of our sporting superstars and thanks as always to our parents for their tireless support.
