Football is one of Radnor House’s focus sports from ages 8-18 for both boys and girls.
The football programme will be led by a newly appointed Director of Football in September 2020 and they will be ably supported by the highly experience sports department. Football training and matches are played at the Sundridge recreational ground.
Football fixtures and training will be played predominantly by boys in the autumn term and by girls in the spring term. However, the school will also run a pre-season programme for all of its focus team games in the preceding term which enables pupils to develop their skills and knowledge of the game in preparation for the season ahead. This also allows for less experienced or novice players a chance to learn the basics and reach a level of confidence to be able to play in fixtures come the start of the season.
