Football is one of Radnor House’s focus sports both boys and girls.
Mr Tom Green currently leads the football programme, and the school will appoint a Director of Football for September 2021. Football training and matches are played at the Sundridge recreational ground whilst our new playing fields are being developed.
Football fixtures and training are played predominantly by boys in the autumn term and by girls in the spring term. However, the school runs a pre-season programme for all its focus team games in the preceding term which enables pupils to develop their skills and knowledge of the game in preparation for the season ahead. This also allows less experienced or novice players a chance to learn the basics and reach a level of confidence to be able to play in fixtures come the start of the season.
