As a staff member at Radnor House Sevenoaks, you are part of a community that works together to achieve the best for each of its pupils. There are 150 members of highly dedicated staff team in teaching and support roles. The culture of Radnor House Sevenoaks is founded on the following principles:

Radnor House Sevenoaks also has a highly professional support staff creating and maintaining the structures and environment for teachers to help pupils achieve their best.

In this role you will:
- Lead on all HR functions within the School including recruitment, staff terms and conditions, selection and retention, induction, employee relations, compliance, HR policies and procedures, change and performance management.
- Effectively manage the HR team.
- Provide advice on any employment law, regulation up-dates, develop HR strategies and manage staffing issues.
- Oversee and maintain accurate personnel records and safeguarding records.
- Establish priorities, work independently, and work without direct supervision on all routine matters.
- Have the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and will be experienced in dealing with sensitive information.

We are looking for a motivated and friendly Minibus Drivers to work as part of the Transport Team to provide transport for our pupils in the mornings, evenings and sports fixtures.
A full D1 licence is required. Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 6.30am to 8.30am and 4.00pm to 6.00pm plus additional flexi-hours per week as required to cover school trips and sports fixtures. Early applications are recommended as we will interview as soon as possible.
