As a staff member at Radnor House Sevenoaks, you are part of a community that works together to achieve the best for each of its pupils. We aim to create a secure, happy and active learning environment of the highest quality which celebrates every individual. Teachers provide outstanding pastoral care alongside teaching of the highest standard and deliver a wide range of co‚Äźcurricular opportunities.

Radnor House Sevenoaks also has a highly professional support staff creating and maintaining the structures and environment for teachers to help pupils achieve their best.

We actively support colleagues in seeking to improve their professional practice and working in partnership with parents to enhance opportunities for students. This includes helping them to develop an awareness of and contribution to both the local and broader community and wider field of education.

Providing an active learning environment is at the heart of Radnor House Sevenoaks.   • Graduate Sports Assistant - Required September 2020

    An exciting position is offered to join the sports team at Radnor House Sevenoaks as a Graduate Sports Assistant on a one year fixed-term contract from 1st September 2020 until 31st August 2021. 

    The post is suitable for a person who is a talented and passionate all-round sportsperson who possesses high skill levels and knowledge in two or more of the school’s focus sports of hockey, football, cricket and swimming.  Experience in rugby, netball, basketball, athletics or tennis would be advantageous and would be considered as an alternative to one of the focus sports. Experience of coaching and working with young athletes would be desirable.

  • Director of Football - Required September 2020

    An exciting new position is offered to develop and lead football for boys and girls at our rapidly growing and forward-thinking school from September 2020.  The Director of Football will work closely with the Director of Sport, Head of Prep PE and the Directors of Hockey, Cricket and Swimming in developing the school’s sports programme with a special focus on leading the football programme.

  • Director of Hockey - Required September 2020

  • After School Care Assistant - Immediate Start

    We are looking for a caring, fun-loving, team player to join our After School Care Team working 3.30pm until 7.00pm Monday to Friday, Term time only.  You will need to be reliable, enthusiastic, adaptable with experience of working with young people. 

    The ideal candidate should have an EYFS full and relevant Level 3 qualification or be willing to train to get one.

  • School Minibus Driver

    Posted: 07/03/19

    We are looking for 2 motivated and friendly Minibus Drivers to work as part of the Transport Team to provide transport for our pupils in the mornings, evenings and sports fixtures.

    A full D1 licence is required. Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 6.30am to 8.30am and 4.00pm to 6.00pm plus additional flexi-hours per week as required to cover school trips and sports fixtures.
