We aim to create a secure, happy and active learning environment of the highest quality which celebrates every individual. Teachers provide outstanding pastoral care alongside teaching of the highest standard and deliver a wide range of co‚Äźcurricular opportunities.

Radnor House Sevenoaks also has a highly professional support staff creating and maintaining the structures and environment for teachers to help pupils achieve their best.

We actively support colleagues in seeking to improve their professional practice and working in partnership with parents to enhance opportunities for students. This includes helping them to develop an awareness of and contribution to both the local and broader community and wider field of education.

  • Director of Swimming required 12 April 2021

    An exciting position is offered to develop and lead swimming for pupils of all ages at our rapidly growing and forward-thinking school from 12th April 2021. 

    The School places huge importance on its swimming programme. All pupils up to Year 8 have one swimming lesson per week to ensure all our pupils are confident in the water and able to swim effectively using all strokes. The school also caters for the more able, committed and elite swimmers through its swim squad programmes.

    The successful candidate will be expected to support games lessons on busy fixture afternoons in hockey, football and or cricket. No specific expertise is required, but a willingness to get involved is important. An ability to support another sports programme such as Strength and Conditioning, Athletics or Tennis would be desirable but not essential.

  • Part-time Cleaner - immediate start

    We require a part-time cleaner to join a team responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance around the school site.  The hours are flexible and Term Time only.  The duties include working in toilets, cloakrooms, classrooms, offices, staff rooms, libraries, corridors and stairs plus light outside duties.

  • Premises Assistant - Immediate start

    We are looking for a Premises Assistant to work as part of the premises team assisting in the day to day running of the School, School grounds and facilities. We are looking for someone who has experience in multiple disciplines, with the core skills in building maintenance, plastering, joinery and plumbing. They must be flexible in their approach, open to taking on new responsibilities and tasks, and who wants to become a successful part of the school community.

    This is a full-time, permanent role, working 40 hours per week (with a one-hour unpaid lunchbreak) Monday to Friday, all year round. The successful candidate will need to work flexibly, including some weekends when required.

    The work will also involve: assisting with the operation and maintenance of the swimming pool and heating system, assisting with the safety and security of the school premises, setting up facilities by moving furniture and equipment, carrying out car parking duties on special occasions and undertaking any cleaning work as required.   • HR Manager

    In this role you will:

    • Lead on all HR functions within the School including recruitment, staff terms and conditions, selection and retention, induction, employee relations, compliance, HR policies and procedures, change and performance management.
    • Effectively manage the HR team.
    • Provide advice on any employment law, regulation up-dates, develop HR strategies and manage staffing issues.
    • Oversee and maintain accurate personnel records and safeguarding records.
    • Establish priorities, work independently, and work without direct supervision on all routine matters.
    • Have the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and will be experienced in dealing with sensitive information.

    We offer a competitive salary with extensive opportunities for CPD.  This is a permanent, full-time, all year-round position.

  • School Minibus Driver

    We are looking for a motivated and friendly Minibus Drivers to work as part of the Transport Team to provide transport for our pupils in the mornings, evenings and sports fixtures.

    A full D1 licence is required. Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 6.30am to 8.30am and 4.00pm to 6.00pm plus additional flexi-hours per week as required to cover school trips and sports fixtures. Early applications are recommended as we will interview as soon as possible.
