Friends of Radnor House Sevenoaks School

Radnor House Sevenoaks School is extremely fortunate to have an active Friends Association that plays an integral part in the life of the school.

All parents and staff automatically become members of the Association, the Friends of Radnor House Sevenoaks School (FoRH7) when their child enters the school.

FoRH7 has a significant fundraising role and successfully raises money each term for our designated charities, chosen by the pupils of the school. We also aim to provide opportunities for getting together, having fun, laughter and making new friends.

FoRH7 meetings and activities form an integral social link for all who want to be involved in the school. Regular events through the year include MaDD (Make a Difference Day); a whole school event involving all the pupils, teachers and many parent volunteers donating a day of their time to do voluntary work with local charities. Other events include the annual Fireworks Display, Curry and Quiz nights, Summer Family Fun Days, Golf Day and School Balls.

FoRH7 operates a system of Class Representatives. Each class in every year group has a representative who acts as a link between the parents within the class, FoRH7 and the class teacher. All Committee members are elected at the autumn AGM and hold their position for two years. We rely largely on volunteers to participate in the planning and running of our activities and events so any contributions, no matter how small, are most welcome.
