Sixth Form Admissions
We understand that choosing the correct Sixth Form is an important and sometimes daunting task.
Your years in the Sixth Form are a time of great development, fun and challenge; you will discover and learn a great deal and be faced with new choices and opportunities that will excite and motivate you. Making the correct decision now will help shape the person that you become. Our environment will enable you to choose the path that will guide you to happiness, success and fulfilment.
Sixth Form entry for September 2024
Our Sixth Form Information Evening is taking place on Tuesday 21 November 2023. Places can be booked here.
You will hear from our Head of Sixth Form and some of our current students. You will also have the opportunity to meet our Sixth Form tutors and discuss you subject options you are considering taking at A Level.
Radnor House students need not re apply as their sixth form places are guaranteed.
Application process for Sixth Form
Candidates are invited to apply in the Autumn-Spring term of Year 11 and places are offered based on expected grades at GCSE and satisfactory completion of the admissions procedure.
The Radnor House Sevenoaks Sixth Form admissions process is made up of three equally weighted components:
A minimum of six GCSE passes with at least a grade 6 in subjects to be studied to A level (some subjects will require a grade 7-9 to study at A level)
An interview with the Director of Sixth Form
A reference from your current school
You will be required to inform us of your results on GCSE results day and bring evidence with you on your first day in Sixth Form.
