Nursery Admissions

The Nursery is one of the key points of entry to the School, with children joining us once they turn two and a half.

From here, they progress to Transition (the academic year before starting 'big' school) with many children choosing to stay and move up to Prep. We are proud to be one of the few schools in the area to offer guaranteed places; once your child becomes part of the Radnor family, their place in the school is secure through to the end of Sixth Form, without re-assessment.

What's included?

  • Breakfast
  • Mid-morning snacks
  • Enviable staff to child ratios
  • The Radnor House Sevenoaks hot lunch
  • Mid afternoon snack
  • The Radnor House Extended Day* - Morning: Parents can drop their children from 7.30am, Afternoon: Children are welcome to stay until 5.30pm (a snack will be provided)

    * There is no extra charge for the Extended Day, but sessions must be pre-booked

The Admissions Process

The best way to experience the magic of the Nursery is to come and see for yourself on one of our weekly tours or our Open Day.

During your visit, our Nursery Manager and Head of the Prep School will show you around the superb facilities and discuss your individual requirements.

If you feel that Radnor House Sevenoaks is the right Nursery for your child, you can register your interest by completing the online Registration Form and paying £100 deposit. Your child will be invited for a personalised taster session in the term before they are due to join, with places formally offered shortly after this. A £1500 deposit will be required to accept a place and this will be refunded when your child leaves the school.

We endeavour to make the application process as easy as possible. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact our Registrar, Wendy Owens on 01959 563720 or email at

Finally, if you wish to receive a copy of our School Prospectus in the post, simply complete the request form.
