Hockey Scholars Trip – FIH Pro-League Matches

In June, our Hockey scholars had the terrific opportunity to watch some international hockey at the Olympic stadium, Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre. They were treated to two fantastic and fast-paced matches; GB men v Germany, then, World, Olympic and European Champions - Netherlands women v USA.

The pupils got the opportunity to take pictures and get signatures from the GB men at the end of their game. They were especially keen to get a picture with close friend of the school, GB defender Lee Morton. Lee visited Radnor for a masterclass session and talk with all our scholars in 2021. We are looking forward to a visit from another GB & England superstar to inspire our pupils next year.
