Geography A level Trip
The Year 12 Geography students took part in a trip to Brick Lane as part of their A level Changing Places unit. Whilst there they saw how Brick Lane has changed due to the ebb and flow of migration in the East End of London. They carried out a variety of data collection techniques and were able to experience what Brick Lane is like and what it offers to the local residents. This ranged from seeing the historic bagel shops, the Jamme Masjid Mosque, the Huguenot houses and of course the famous restaurants. The students got a lot out of the day and will be using it to help their case study answers and understanding of what they have covered in class.
