Fitness suite upgrades

As part of our dedication to enhance our sporting facilities, we have increased the capacity of our fitness suite over the past 6 months with a variety of new equipment.

The fitness suite is an important facility for strength and conditioning sessions that aid the students to improve their performance in other sporting endeavours.

We have introduced the following equipment:

  • Smith Machine
  • Half rack with Olympic bar and plates
  • Multi use Cable machine
  • Range of kettle bells
  • Range of dumbbells
  • Bars and weights
  • Rowing machines
  • Treadmills
  • Exercise bikes
  • Spin bikes
  • Stepper
  • Plyometric boxes
  • New gym flooring

These are all additions to the existing equipment of cross trainers and chest press, shoulder press and leg extension weight machines.
