Contract: Permanent, Full Time

The Purpose of the Role

The school wishes to appoint a Groundsperson to support the Grounds Manger in the maintenance, conservation, and enhancement of the school grounds, working collaboratively with colleagues as part of a professional team

Person Specification

  • A positive and hardworking attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Adaptability due to the diverse work that comes with this role.
  • An awareness of health and safety
  • The ability to work effectively with others as a competent team member.

Training and Qualifications Required

  • NVQ in Turf Management, Horitculture or similar is desirable
  • A minimum in grade 4 in Maths and English is essential
  • Full and relevant driving licence is essential
