New Head for Radnor House Sevenoaks from September 2020

From September 2020 David Paton will be moving to the position of 'Principal' of Radnor House Sevenoaks and our current/existing Vice Principal, Fraser Halliwell, will take on the daily operations of the school as 'Head'.

Mr Paton’s role has focused on the development of the school and its educational facilities to date.  As Radnor continues to improve and mature, the school requires additional educational leadership, which Mr Halliwell will provide, whilst Mr Paton continues to plan and oversee the long-term strategic direction of the school.

Mr Halliwell was appointed last year as Vice Principal because he is a first-class school leader with a breadth of experience at the highest level.  His most recent position was as Head of Secondary at Colegio Anglo Colombiano which is widely regarded as the premier independent school in Latin America.   He was with the Colegio for over ten years and led its transformation to what is now a highly regarded and outward-looking international school.

Mr Halliwell will primarily be responsible for the quality of education provided through the Prep and Senior School and he has already spent much of this academic year line managing both Heads of Schools.  Of particular importance to Mr Halliwell will be the quality of the pupil’s lessons, their results and our pastoral care.

Mr Paton and The Board and very excited about the opportunities this provides and are most confident that Mr Halliwell will lead the school to new heights.

Please find attached a message from Mr Halliwell.
