The Purpose of the Role
Radnor House Sevenoaks is seeking a caring, enthusiastic and committed EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant Early Years team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support young learners in a nurturing and dynamic environment where every child is encouraged to

About the Role:
As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced teaching staff to support the learning and development of children in our Early Years Foundation Stage. You’ll help create a safe, stimulating and inclusive setting where children feel happy,
confident and ready to explore the world around them.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting children’s learning through play and planned activities
- Assisting with the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources
- Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Helping with personal care routines where needed
- Working collaboratively with teachers and other staff to ensure the best outcomes
for pupils
Skills and Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Experience in an EYFS setting (school or nursery) is desirable
- A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare or education
- A warm, patient and proactive approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
