The Purpose of the Role

Radnor House Sevenoaks is an independent co-educational day school for pupils aged 11–18, set within a beautiful 20-acre campus on the edge of Sevenoaks. We are an ambitious and forward-thinking school with a strong academic ethos, excellent pastoral care and a broad co-curricular programme.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and dynamic Teacher of Physics to join our successful and supportive Science Department. This post may be offered on a full-time or part-time basis, depending on the candidate’s preference.

The Role

The successful candidate will:

  • Teach Physics across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5
  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and a love of Physics
  • Contribute to curriculum planning and development within the Science Department
  • Monitor and support student progress and achievement
  • Support examination preparation and academic enrichment
  • Take an active role in the wider life of the school, including pastoral and co-curricular activities

  • Is a qualified teacher with strong subject knowledge in Physics.
