The Purpose of the Role
Radnor House Sevenoaks is an independent co-educational day school for pupils aged 11–18, set within a beautiful 20-acre campus on the edge of Sevenoaks. We are an ambitious and forward-thinking school, committed to academic excellence, pastoral care and a broad co-curricular programme.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Teacher of English to join our successful and supportive English Department.
The Role
The successful candidate will:
- Teach English across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach at Key Stage 5 for a suitably experienced candidate.
- Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that inspire a love of literature and language.
- Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress in line with school expectations.
- Contribute to curriculum development within the department.
- Support the wider life of the school through pastoral and co-curricular involvement.
