The Purpose of the Role
Radnor House Sevenoaks is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and skilled Swimming Sports Coach to contribute to our Sports Programme across the Prep and Senior School. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver high‑quality provision within a supportive and forward‑thinking department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging coaching sessions, supporting player development, contributing to fixtures and events, and working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain excellent standards across the programme.
We are looking for someone who:
- Brings strong coaching experience in Swimming
- Delivers high-quality, inclusive coaching sessions
- Demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills
- Works well within a team and contributes positively to the department
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
Working Pattern
The working pattern will align with the Games/Swimming Programme and may include:
- Afternoon Games sessions
- Training blocks
- Fixtures (midweek and/or weekends)
- Seasonal or programme specific commitments
