The Purpose of the Role

Radnor House Sevenoaks is looking to appoint a dynamic and skilled Head of Hockey to lead our Hockey Programme. This role is central to developing high quality provision across the Prep and Senior School, ensuring consistent coaching standards, strong performance pathways and an excellent pupil experience.


The successful candidate will deliver engaging coaching sessions, lead fixtures, coordinate seasonal planning, and work collaboratively within a supportive Sports Department. We anticipate this role being delivered predominantly across afternoons Monday to Friday, in line with our Games timetable.

 

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Have strong hockey coaching or teaching experience.
  • Understand modern coaching approaches, technical skills and tactical development.
  • Demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Prioritise safeguarding and professional conduct.
