The Purpose of the Role

As our Fitness Suite & Sports Co ordinator, you will support the Director of Sport with day to day administration of fixtures, events and sports communication. You will also oversee the safe use of the school Fitness Suite, carrying out inductions, monitoring usage, and supporting students and staff in line with school procedures.

What we're looking for:

  • Are organised, proactive and confident communicating with students and staff
  •  Have strong administrative skills and good attention to detail
  • Hold a relevant fitness qualification (e.g. Level 2/3 Gym Instructor or similar)
  • Can supervise the safe use of gym equipment (training provided for additional areas such as pool oversight)
  • Are committed to maintaining a safe, professional and supportive environment
  • Experience in a school or sports setting is helpful but not essential
