Radnor House Sevenoaks is a thriving co-educational independent day school for pupils aged 2 to 18, set in a stunning Grade I listed Palladian country house in the Kent Downs, just 30 minutes from London. Radnor House Sevenoaks is now seeking an outstanding Deputy Head (Senior School) to join its Senior Leadership Team. This newly created role is pivotal to the continued success of the Senior School, combining responsibility for pastoral care, student enrichment and operational excellence. Working closely with the Head and Senior Deputy Head, the Deputy Head (Senior School) will ensure the wellbeing and personal growth of every student, foster a vibrant co-curricular culture, and deliver smooth, efficient processes that enable staff to focus on what matters most: providing an outstanding experience for every pupil.

The successful candidate will be an ambitious and inspiring leader with a proven track record in pastoral care and operational management, ideally gained in a high-performing independent school. Highly organised and strategic, they will bring excellent communication skills, the ability to motivate and develop staff teams, and a collaborative, student-centred approach. Resilience, creativity and a commitment to the school’s values are essential.
