Important Message from the RH7 IT Department
Please be advised that during this last week, we have had more requests than normal from parents and staff members with 365 services issues (e.g. Teams, OneNote etc). This was not for all users and it is very intermittent.
This is due to the volume of users that are currently using Microsoft services. Microsoft is in the process of adding more resources to their data centres to cope with the ongoing demand.
If you have any continuing problems, please do contact us - firstname.lastname@example.org

Digital Safety Update - TikTok
TikTok is a popular app. The official age rating for the app is 13+, however we are aware that Radnor Pupils much younger than 13 are using it. Although the app can be fun, there are online safety considerations that you should be aware of, including the option to set parental controls. Please click here to read more about TikTok.
If you have any general questions about online safety please contact the school Designated Safeguarding Lead: Esther Wright, firstname.lastname@example.org

IMPORTANT SCHOOL CHARITIES UPDATE
As you will be aware many charities are struggling with the impact of the virus and lockdown. We have been in touch with our school charities and sadly it is hitting them all hard, be that in different ways.
In response, Friends have made early payments of £1000 to each of our local house charities and Project Le Monde, which has been very gratefully received (we usually make the donations in October after our financial year end). For Macmillan, we still hope to have a specific fundraiser event later in the year, and so have not made a payment to them as yet, but this may be reviewed. Class reps will be circulating the feedback we have received from the charities, and if you’d like any more information please email email@example.com. Thank you to everyone who made these much needed donations possible via your fundraising efforts and attendance to Friends school events.
Further ways you can help:
You and your families could take part in The 2.6 Challenge taking place this Sunday, 26th April in support of Project Le Monde. Click here to reach their Just Giving page.
Our summer ball has been moved to Saturday 26th June 2021, but we are investigating an online auction for this year, if you have any item we can include please get in touch.
House charity loose change collection - you could collect any loose change you have at home, and bring in the money when it is safe to do so. It's amazing how it all adds up!
Sign up here to Easyfundraising, a free scheme to donate as you shop online. Every penny counts, and 100's of online shops and services participate. We currently have just 10 supporters, let's aim for at least 30 by the end of April!
