Jeans for Genes Day – Thursday 19 September
All students are invited to wear jeans to school on Thursday 19 September to raise awareness for genetic diseases. It will cost £2 for the privilege and all proceeds will be donated towards genetic research. Please be aware that full school uniform is required as normal, with the exception of jeans substituting for the school skirt/trousers.
Performing Arts Timetables
The Performing Arts Timetables are available here. Please check regularly as times and occasionally days are subject to change. Timetables are also displayed on the notice boards in the Performing Arts Centre and outside the Prep School Music classroom. The peripatetic staff do their best to look for clashes with trips, fixtures and talks, but if any of your child's lessons are scheduled for the same time as events of this nature, please inform the relevant peripatetic teacher so that lessons can be rearranged in good time.
Most of our peripatetic teachers, except Miss Dowdeswell, will start teaching next week. Please check the timetables and if you do not see your child's name please let us know at email@example.com. As there are likely to be additions and amendments please check back regularly. We plan to update the timetables on this bulletin on Tuesday if necessary.
New Year, New Skill!
Touch Typing returns to school next week with an additional session being offered at lunchtime on Thursdays. The cost remains at £12.50 per session. Other sessions run on Wednesday mornings and Thursday after school. For further details or to sign up, please contact Susie Pepper at firstname.lastname@example.org
Get Sorted has moved!
For those students who need a little support with organisation, timetable questions, or need to print last minute work, sort of worksheets etc, then Get Sorted is for them! They can find me in 207 on the second floor at 8.00am on Thursday mornings. Hole punches, scissors and glue are always available! Mrs Hancock.
