Year 5 and 6 Trip to PGL - Monday 24 June
All parents should have received a letter regarding final arrangements for our trip to PGL on Monday. Please also find attached here the Prezi that was delivered to parents earlier this year.

Annual Art Exhibition - Wednesday 26 June and Thursday 27 June

Local Author Visit - Thursday 27 June
We are very excited that Seniha Slowinski, local author of 'Rocky Rocks and the Colourful Socks', will be visiting us in the afternoon of Thursday 27 June. She will be accompanied by the star of the books: her dog Rocky! She will talk to the children about what it is like to be an author and share her stories with them. Seniha will also be available, after school in the Prep Library, for parents to have a chance meet Rocky, and purchase signed copies of her book.
Performing Arts Timetables
The Performing Arts Timetables are available here. Please check regularly as times and occasionally days are subject to change. Timetables are also displayed on the notice boards in the Performing Arts Centre and outside the Prep School Music classroom. The peripatetic staff do their best to look for clashes with trips, fixtures and talks, but if any of your child's lessons are scheduled for the same time as events of this nature, please inform the relevant peripatetic teacher so that lessons can be rearranged in good time.
Prep School Sports Day - Monday 1 July

Year 7s Challenge Weekend Friday 20-21 September 2019 (For current Year 6 pupils)

LAMDA Examinations Tuesday 2 July
Please find the times for students LAMDA Examinations on Tuesday 2 July. These times cannot be changed or we will incur a £50 fee. Can you please check the timetable attached and note the times. Pupils should arrive outside the Prep hall with all props and copies of scripts 20 minutes before their exam time.
Co-Curricular Clubs and Activities-2019-20
Please be aware that in next week's Bulletin, the clubs and activities for Autumn 2019 will be published for your perusal. This will include times, year groups, prices, locations and club leaders. There will also be an explanation of the clubs and what they will entail. The SOCS Co-Curricular sign up for Autumn will open on Monday 1 July at 7pm and close on Sunday 7 July at 6pm.
Parent Car Park
We have been advised by parents that cars are being parked in the disabled spaces but no blue badges are being displayed. Please, may we respectfully request that if you are not a blue badge holder that you do not park in these spaces which are valuable to parents or carers or visitors who do have a disability? Thank you for your help and understanding.
Lost Property Prep and Senior Schools
Please be advised that Miss Longhurst and Mr Jack did lay out items of unnamed lost property on Thursday but, most of these were collected during the day. All named items that were found were returned to their rightful owners. There will be another Lost Property collection opportunity before the end of term. Date to be confirmed.
