We are seeking to appoint an IT Technician, as soon as possible, to strengthen our in-house IT Support team responsible for providing all aspects of IT support within our busy school environment. The successful candidate will provide first/second line technical support to all users and resolve technical issues. They will need to ensure all IT services are properly maintained and updated, including anti-virus, backups, imaging and patching.
At least one years’ experience of working as an IT Technician or similar in a service desk support function is required, ideally in an educational establishment. An understanding of MS Windows 10 and administration of MS Office 365/MS Azure and MCSA/MTA/MCP/CCNA qualifications desired but not essential.
