Compliance Officer

Hours: 15 Hours per week

Position: Term-time only, permanent

Salary: Dependent on experience

Radnor House Sevenoaks is seeking to employ a Compliance Officer to work closely with the Head, Group Finance and Operations Director and Business Manager.

You will have responsibility for ensuring that we are up to date with regulatory compliance required by schools and that we meet and observe a wide variety of guidelines and regulations set by both government agencies and the Independent Schools Inspectorate. You will have responsibility for updating policies and procedures for Safeguarding, Child Protection, Health and Safety, Welfare, Safer Recruitment and Data Protection. The Compliance Officer will also undertake statutory and routine compliance servicing across the school site.

The successful candidate will ideally have regulatory compliance knowledge/experience in schools, experience of auditing/working in a regulatory environment and a good knowledge of Health and Safety and Data Protection.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual who is a team player, personable and can communicate effectively with people at all levels. The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills and confidence with the use of ICT.
