Expedition Kit List for Year 7 and 8 trips

  NB: Less is more when packing for an expedition!

• Small day pack
• Walking boots   
• Thick walking socks  x3
• Waterproof Jacket and trousers    
• Comfortable walking trousers (not jeans)   
• T Shirt,  additional layer and fleece (Please avoid cotton)   
• Rucksack (Expedition style for all kit)   
• Sleeping Bag (3 season advised)   
• Fleece sleeping bag liner (If temperature is close to 0 degrees) 
• Sleeping mat   
• Head torch   
• Gloves and hat/suncream and cap 
• Water bottle (This is an essential piece of kit!)  
• Spork/spoon+fork, mug and bowl (No need for plates)
