I would like to think it is a more enduring state of mind.  One founded on respect for the dedication, care, skill, and emotion committed to support our pupils to live happy and productive lives.  There is no finer vocation.

Whether teaching or support staff, all my colleagues are educators.  The energy and enthusiasm invested in their work is focused on creating the best environment for our pupils to thrive.  Their example influences our pupils’ education immeasurably.  Be it in a classroom, on a bus, in the dining room or outside, the contribution of all educators is important and profound.
