As a staff member at Radnor House Sevenoaks, you are part of a community that works together to achieve the best for each of its pupils. We aim to create a secure, happy and active learning environment of the highest quality which celebrates every individual. Teachers provide outstanding pastoral care alongside teaching of the highest standard and deliver a wide range of co‐curricular opportunities.

Radnor House Sevenoaks also has a highly professional support staff creating and maintaining the structures and environment for teachers to help pupils achieve their best.

We actively support colleagues in seeking to improve their professional practice and working in partnership with parents to enhance opportunities for students. This includes helping them to develop an awareness of and contribution to both the local and broader community and wider field of education.

Providing an active learning environment is at the heart of Radnor House Sevenoaks. Current Vacancies

  • Part-time Specialist Dyslexia Tutor from September 2019 or earlier if possible

    A new and exciting opportunity has been created for a committed and enthusiastic dyslexia specialist tutor to work with our Senior and Prep School pupils from KS2-KS4.

    The role involves supporting and working with pupils with specific learning differences (spld) and special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).  The successful candidate would be expected to design and deliver 1-1 and group support for children with specific learning differences.

    A qualification at Level 5 for teaching children with Dyslexia is essential.

    The closing date for applications is midday on Monday 15th April 2019.  We reserve the right to appoint before the closing date so early applications are recommended.

  • Premises Assistant

    We are looking for a Premises Assistant to assist the premises team in the day to day running of the Prep and Senior School. This is a full-time, permanent role, working 40 hours per week (with a one-hour unpaid lunchbreak) Monday to Friday, term time only.

    The successful candidate will need to work flexibly, including some weekends when required. The work will include: setting up facilities by moving furniture and equipment, carrying out minor maintenance and repairs, carrying out car parking duties and undertaking any cleaning work as required.

  • School Minibus Driver

    We are looking for 2 motivated and friendly Minibus Drivers to work as part of the Transport Team to provide transport for our pupils in the mornings, evenings and sports fixtures.

    A full D1 licence is required. Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 6.30am to 8.30am and 4.00pm to 6.00pm plus additional flexi-hours per week as required to cover school trips and sports fixtures.   • Gap Year Student - September 2019

    We are looking for an enthusiastic Gap Year Student to join us in September 2019 on a fixed-term contract of one year, working 8.00am until 4.30pm Monday to Friday, Term Time only.

    The successful candidate will be expected to provide general support across the whole Prep School with a particular focus on assisting in the PE Department.
