Aqualife follows the STA International Learn to Swim programme to ensure all swimmers, regardless of age and ability, develop their water confidence, swimming technique and water safety skills, as well as learning to respect and love the aquatic world.
All Aqualife teachers are fully STA and ASA qualified. Both 121 and group lessons are available. The beginners, intermediate and advanced level lessons treat each child as an individual, so that they thrive in the group best suited to their needs.
As one of the first swim schools in South East England to launch the STA Junior Lifeguard Academy, Aqualife is delighted to be offering this programme at The Radnor House Swim School. Suitable for children able to swim 100 metres unaided, this fun-packed programme teaches lifeguarding skills, first aid, sports skills, ocean awareness and health and wellbeing. By working closely with new Director of Swimming, Cassie Patten, the Radnor House Swim School lessons compliment the school-based provision already in place to ensure children have every opportunity for future success in the sport.
Aqualife also offer a range of lessons available for adults, including aquafit, and 121 and group sessions for beginner, intermediate and advanced swimmers.
