Head's Welcome

"The most important thing here is that pupils are rounded and happy – and for parents in this area it offers a refreshing new choice." Muddy Stilettos

When you visit our school and ask pupils what they enjoy most about Radnor, their answer is often the strong sense of community and feeling valued as individuals.  As a parent myself, I know that when children are confident and happy they thrive.

Happiness is not measured by league tables but I know that wonderful things are achieved when we tap into the emotional connection children have with their school.  My goal is for your child to become the best version of themselves and when we combine a positive self-image with great teaching, anything is possible.

At Radnor House Sevenoaks, we pride ourselves on our values – excellence, respect, courage and perseverance – and expect our pupils to be guided by these as they make choices in school and in later life.  Your child will benefit from small classes, outstanding pastoral care and a wide and exciting programme of clubs and activities all of which will build their self-confidence and encourage them to challenge themselves by stepping out of their comfort zone.

Our vibrant and inclusive pupil body is mirrored in our teachers and, as a proud member of Round Square, an international outlook is hardwired into our very DNA.  Our curriculum is enriched by an extensive programme of trips and excursions to wide ranging destinations from Thailand to New York and even the Scottish Highlands that inspire pupils in understanding their place in a world beyond the school gates.

I hope you enjoy learning about Radnor through these web pages. Reading about a school is never the same as visiting one so I would encourage you to spend some time with us to experience our wonderful school firsthand.  You are very welcome to attend Open Days which are held throughout the year or meet with me personally, I look forward to seeing you at Radnor soon.
